Email Marketing Manager

In-Office | North Atlanta, GA

You’ll lead the strategy, content, and management of marketing emails to nurture and engage leaders across the Orange brand.

As the Email Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, building, deploying, and analyzing our email marketing efforts. You’ll work across the team to strategize, write, design, and launch email marketing campaigns. You’ll develop and maintain audience segmentation and email strategy across a diverse line of ministry offerings. You’ll create and support email marketing automation to create timely interactions across our digital platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute email marketing campaign strategies across the organization, including contact nurturing, product promotion and education, retention and churn prevention using customer segmentation and insights
  • Build a strategy to ensure each segmented audience receives the most relevant content, at the right frequency while meeting Orange’s organizational goals.
  • Grow and manage the email and SMS database
  • Plan and execute email campaigns and journeys, including onboarding, lead nurturing, and engagement with marketing strategists and ministry leaders
  • Accountable for reporting on email and related content KPIs and ensuring channel goals are met or exceeded
  • Maintain email marketing calendar and keep documentation up to date
  • Maintains current understanding of email marketing best practices and applies them to the execution of email campaigns
  • Manage GDPR controls, consent-based permissioning, and legal basis for communication to protect Orange’s reputation and our relationship with our audience.
  • Maintain email database and CRM management, including form, workflow, and customer data management.
