Marketing Graphic Designer

Collaborate with the marketing team and brand director to concept and design excellent solutions for all marketing initiatives.

As the Marketing Graphic Designer, you will be integral to driving our marketing initiatives. You will create captivating designs for our audience of ministry leaders, spanning social media graphics, digital ads, email layouts, and web design. Your responsibilities will extend from initiating the design process, to conceptualizing and refining visual solutions based on team feedback. Regular communication with our Brand Director and project managers is vital, as you will be working closely with them and freelance designers to ensure quality, meet deadlines, and maintain our brand standards. Your creative contributions will be essential in connecting ministry leaders with our products, events, and in shaping our brand’s strong visual identity.
  • Collaborate with the Orange marketing team and brand director to concept and design excellent solutions for select marketing initiatives
  • Create compelling designs for marketing initiatives that are targeted at ministry leaders, which may include but are not limited to social media graphics, digital ads, print, email layouts, and web design
  • Develop new branding concepts for our campaigns and initiatives
  • Produce innovative multi-platform creative from start to finish
  • Support product launches and all relevant company initiatives from a creative point of view, maintaining brand consistency across all assets
  • Communicate regularly with brand director, marketing stakeholders, and project managers to meet deadlines and discuss project details
  • Build and refresh scalable and thoughtfully designed marketing templates and design systems
  • Collaborate with and coach freelance designers, ensuring our brand standards are consistently met and maintained across all designs
