Life Stage Studios Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator will manage operations, logistics, and systems at LifeStage Studios, ensuring timely and accurate projects.

The Production Coordinator will manage production schedules, maintain studio calendars, and coordinate meetings. They will ensure efficient workflow and communication between internal teams and external contractors, meeting objectives within budget and on time. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for proofreading all captions and text-based graphics to ensure accuracy and clarity, applying critical thinking to identify potential issues, and improving content. This role also includes handling production-related logistics, facilitating collaboration, and managing project documentation.
  • Coordinate contractor-related logistics: payment requests, work orders, reimbursements, coding receipts, and documentation.
  • Maintain and integrate Monday.com projects with Google Suite.
  • Track and report on production budgets
  • Track and align production schedules and calendars.
  • Support workflows for all studio projects.
  • Quality control support in various stages of production.
  • Proofread captions and text-based graphics, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all productions.
  • Apply critical thinking to review content and suggest improvements or identify potential issues.
  • Support studio operations and production logistics while ensuring optimal workspace organization and maintenance including support onsite with  organizing wardrobe, props, etc.
  • Schedule meetings and manage external communications.
  • Manage, organize, and back up files (Dropbox, scripts, archives, etc.).
  • Support creative content needs, including artwork acquisition, stock media sourcing, and video thumbnail production for digital content.
  • Support studio producers with meeting summaries and follow-up.
  • Support Executive Producers.
