Managing Editor of Elementary Strategies

Work in a highly collaborative environment to drive 252 Kids curriculum products from start to finish.

As the Managing Editor of Elementary Strategies, you will serve as the central hub for all 252 Kids curriculum products. This role will help drive each month of curriculum from start to finish in order to provide ease of access for partners, involving all necessary departments, and working with creative leaders to meet deadlines.

  • Collaborate with team to provide timely, fun, and error free content
  • Create, maintain, and drive a project management process for 252 Kids & Preteen curriculum that keeps workflow systematized
  • Initiate and interface with key teams around the content and design needs for each project
  • Follow up with team tasks to ensure deadlines are met and assets are delivered
  • Proof and adapt content when needed
  • Review documents as the last set of eyes before upload to ensure quality work
  • Upload final assets to our content management site and publish resources on-time for partners
  • Connect and collaborate with all departments upon project completion to ensure all teams can utilize and market curriculum
  • Contribute to the weekly, monthly, and annual direction of the Kids team through creative meetings, content, and additional assets
  • Create efficient and effective systems for gathering assets from contractors, designers, and various staff
  • Initiate support and assist in the implementation key curriculum concepts
  • Ensure content delivered is error free and age appropriate
  • Review curriculum content to ensure all products are viable
