    About Orange

The work climate at Orange is come-as-you-are casual, filled with energy and ideation. We are a highly collaborative culture that values alignment and strategy. Our drive for excellence often exceeds our pursuit of efficiency, and we expect all employees to prioritize respect for each other above all else.

Orange is a non-profit organization whose vision is to give kids and teenagers a stronger faith and a better future. We believe the best way to accomplish that mission is through equipping the local church to better support consistent volunteers and parents in their community. We represent our mission with the color orange as a tangible expression of what can happen when the light of the church (yellow) combines with the heart of the home (red) to have a more vibrant impact in the life of a kid (Orange).
