Marketing Director – Orange Leaders

Create thoughtful and creative marketing strategies and campaigns to grow Orange's influence and reach ministry leaders everywhere.

You’ll grow Orange to become the number one solution for next-generation ministry needs by leading marketing for core Orange products and the global Orange brand. You’ll collaborate with Orange product teams, internal marketing and communications teams, and partner support teams. You’ll listen closely to ministry leaders to discover the evolving needs and challenges, new thought leaders and best practices, and emerging ministry solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead exceptional creative campaign strategies that bring together excellent copy, strong design, and innovative strategy
  • Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies to generate leads and grow Orange’s following with ministry leaders
  • Influence the content strategy, messaging, and brand consistency across all Orange Leaders media
  • Communicate clearly across marketing, sales, product teams, and organization to align and move the organization around your marketing & communications initiatives
  • Develop and implement an annual comprehensive marketing strategy for Orange Leaders
  • Move leaders to implement Orange strategy through purchased and free solutions such as Orange Masterclasses, Orange Events (both digital and physical), Orange Coaching, Orange Cohorts, Orange Academics, Orange Leaders Membership, Married People Strategy Pack, and other Orange Leaders Products and Publications
  • Influence the creation of Orange resources and curriculum to stay innovative and effective at helping leaders in student ministry
  • Stay well connected to the evolving needs and challenges facing student ministry leaders in a variety of demographic, ethnic, denominational, economic, and contextual settings. Network with and nurture relationships with influential, strategic, and innovative thought leaders in the student ministry space
  • Influence strategy and design of Orange’s presence at onsite events including Orange Conference, Orange Tour, NYWC, and non-Orange events
