Production Assistant

In-Office | North Atlanta, GA

Organize and support all video and audio productions for ministry leaders, volunteers, and parents on behalf of Orange Leaders & Parent Cue.

Support executive producer to coordinate calendar, budget, and production assets to support productions from start to finish. Track delivery of final audio/visual files on time, within budget, and with excellence to support the production goals of directors. Maintain a high standard of production excellence to support ministry leaders, volunteers, and parents.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate all day-to-day operations in the studio, calendaring events and paying invoices.
  • Organize and manage projects, keep workflow systematized, and follow up with team tasks to ensure deadlines are met, progress is tracked, and assets are delivered.
  • Interface with executive producer and contractors to arrange production schedule.
  • Coordinate with technical support to meet unique needs for LIVE or post-produced content.
  • Organize and arrange all studio spaces, including props, lighting, camera, and audio equipment.
  • Arrange as-needed maintenance for props, set designs, and studio repair.
  • Purchase monthly supplies for staff, crew, and talent.
