Create, implement, and monitor curriculum and systems to ensure all final content uploaded is on time and without error.

Coordinate calendar, budget, and content assets in order to manage curriculum productions from start to finish. Deliver final files on time, within budget, and with excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Create, manage, and maintain schedules and calendar for XP3 curriculum team
  • Flow content into templates (word, InDesign, PDF) and finalize for upload
  • Upload final curriculum files each quarter/ season
  • Manage work orders and communications with contractors (payment requests, reimbursements, project memos, etc…)
  • Manage content Archives

What You'll Need

You’ll thrive in the role of Project Manager – XP3 High School if you have . . .
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellence in task management and organization skills
  • Experience working in InDesign and Microsoft Word
  • 2+ years of experience volunteering or working in youth ministry, MS or HS education
  • Collaborative disposition that thrives in a creative culture
  • Non-profit, mission-first mindset
