Project Manager – XP3 High School

In-Office | North Atlanta, GA

Create, implement, and monitor curriculum and systems to ensure all final content uploaded is on time and without error.

Coordinate calendar, budget, and content assets in order to manage curriculum productions from start to finish. Deliver final files on time, within budget, and with excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Create, manage, and maintain schedules and calendar for XP3 curriculum team
  • Flow content into templates (word, InDesign, PDF) and finalize for upload
  • Upload final curriculum files each quarter/ season
  • Manage work orders and communications with contractors (payment requests, reimbursements, project memos, etc…)
  • Manage content Archives
