Social Media Manager

Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to engage and inspire Orange’s audience (Leaders, Kids & Students).

You’ll develop the social media strategy for the kids, students, and leaders audiences of Orange and maintain a strong weekly social media presence. Drive the ideation, creation, and distribution of all social content through an engagement focused content strategy. Build trust with the Orange community by facilitating the promotion of helpful content, delivering consistent and clear communication and cultivating meaningful conversation & dialogue.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with the Leaders, Kids & Students Church Engagement Directors and Marketing Managers to formulate and execute a social strategy
  • Manage social media asset creation collaborating alongside Orange’s cross- functional design & content teams
  • Create compelling and relevant content for our audiences and platforms
  • Establish goals and benchmarks for individual channels and platforms
  • Engage audience through active social listening, replies, and channelmoderation
  • Suggest new ideas and content to help further develop our strategy and platforms
  • Manage the social media content calendar in alignment with the overall content calendar for Orange Kids, Students & Leaders
  • Monitor and report engagement metrics for Orange Leaders, Kids & Students social channels
  • Communicate proactively with content teams, engagement directors, marketing team, and product teams to create a strategic, consistent relationship with Orange’s audience across strategic social channels.
  • Stay up-to-date on current trends in social media and educate stakeholders across the organization
